With years of expertise behind the chair, she specializes in dimensional blondes, seamless extensions, and personalized color tailored to each guest. Joanna’s vision for The Beehive is rooted in creativity, community, and connection — a place where clients feel welcomed, inspired, and confident every time they visit.

Olivia Polyzos

Olivia is a talented Level 2 stylist at The Beehive Salon with a natural ability to create effortless, lived-in color and beautifully blended blondes. Born and raised in Walnut Creek, she has a deep connection to the local community and loves helping clients feel confident and refreshed. Olivia’s warm personality and attention to detail make every appointment relaxing and personalized.

Sierra Thomas

Associate

Sierra is a dedicated stylist-in-training at The Beehive Salon, bringing fresh energy and a passion for learning to the team. Originally from North Carolina, she is currently honing her craft through our associate program, mastering advanced color techniques, cutting, and styling. Her eye for detail and drive to grow make her a valued part of the salon experience.

Alena Martinez

Associate

Born and raised in Alameda, Alena discovered her love for hair as a creative outlet, which quickly grew into a lifelong passion. After attending beauty school in Santa Barbara, she brought her skills back to the Bay Area and joined The Beehive Salon team. Alena loves creating customized looks that enhance each client’s unique style and confidence, making every guest feel their absolute best.

Tessa Keene

Tessa is a creative Level 1 stylist at The Beehive Salon, passionate about crafting customized looks that bring out each client’s unique beauty. From dimensional color to soft, natural styling, she loves helping guests achieve their dream hair.
