CULTIVATE is The Beehive's advanced associate program, designed for cosmetology graduates who are committed to building a long-term career in the luxury salon industry.
Through hands-on training alongside one of our experienced educators, associates gain real-world experience while developing technical and business-building skills. This immersive mentorship program combines one-on-one coaching, education, and practical salon experience to create a strong foundation for a successful career behind the chair.
Associates have access to ongoing technical education nationally recognized educators. In addition to working closely with their mentor, associates participate in weekly opportunity days to build confidence, refine their craft, and begin cultivating their own clientele.
