(Yes, they are all important. Please read)
Please know that we value your business and hope everyone understands that as an artist and service provider we have deemed it necessary to lay out and enforce certain policies and procedures.
After extensive research we have set the following industry standard policies into place.
While we are empathetic to the fact that things can come up, as a small business, we must enforce policies that protect our stylists', business, and most importantly my guests' time.

COVID CONTACT OR FEELING ILL
If you are feeling ill in any way, or think you have covid-19, please let us know as soon as possible.
We would appreciate the opportunity to offer your reservation time to another guest.
Covid-related rescheduling or cancellations will not be penalized...however, please do not take advantage of this policy.
Let's be safe, not sorry.
Cancellation
While we understand that unforeseen conflicts may arise, in order to successfully provide excellence to our guests we ask for as much notice as possible.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled service will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service scheduled.
Cancellations made 24 hours (or less) before the scheduled service will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the service scheduled.
"No-Show" guests will be charged 100% of the service scheduled, and will forfeit any deposit and may be banned from further bookings.
Late
Please, be on time to your appointment.
Guests who are late will need to be flexible about what can be offered during their time window.
With a late start, we might need to adjust our service.
Guests who arrive 15 or more minutes late will not be serviced, and will result in a 100% charge of service.

Waiting
If you arrive early, YAY you’re my favorite!
Come on in if there is an open seat in the waiting area of the studio, feel free to relax. If no seat available please feel free to wait in the hall or your car just let us know you have arrived. Your stylist will update you on their status and timing.
No Kids
The Beehive Salon does not offer services for children.
The building strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the hallways.
Additionally, the salon space is not child friendly. Sharp instruments, hot styling tools, chemicals and a busy, congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. We are highly dedicated to providing each guest with the highest level of service possible. Therefore, no children are allowed in The Beehive Salon Studio. This policy helps to ensure all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience. If you arrive with a child, your appointment will be rescheduled and the proper penalty will be charged.
Return Policy
We will gladly accept Mr. Smith products within 14 days of purchase for salon credit only. Credits may not be applied to services. Discounted products, tools, and all other retail items are final sale.
